Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped and you’ll receive a tracking number for that order. Please note the processing time may be extended during the Christmas and New Year period.

Once your order has shipped please remember that your order is no longer under our control. Please allow 7-14 days business days (not including processing time) for your order to arrive. If your order does not arrive within this timeframe please don’t hesitate to contact us via email at rustedbrand@gmail.com so we can follow this up.
